I completed a task but did not receive my reward. What can I do?

There are a few circumstances that will cause you not to receive your reward for a task. Here are some examples:

Having a VPN enabled while completing the task.
You have an Ad Blocker on your device.
Not following the instructions of the task, please make sure you double-check this before contacting us.
You have only partially completed a survey, or you have provided knowingly false information.
You completed this task through another rewards program.
You have not waited enough time (sometimes up to 32 days) for a reward to appear.
The task has been completed previously by someone who is in the same household.

What if a survey encountered a technical error?

We strive to ensure the best survey-taking experience for our members, however, there is always a chance that a technical error may occur. If your survey encounters an error, rest assured that our team will be investigating the issue with a focus on getting our members back up and running as soon as possible.

Can I use VPN to download apps or complete surveys?

Having a VPN enabled while completing tasks is forbidden - this is the fastest way to get your account banned.

How long after completing a task will I be awarded?

In most cases, you should see your reward within a few minutes. However, there may be times you are prompted to accept delayed payment. Your reward will become active after we verify that you have participated fully and honestly. In some cases, this can take several days to a couple of weeks.

A referral signed up under me, and I don't see their name on my referral list. What's up?

If your contact has not appeared in your referral list, it is likely your referral navigated away from the site during registration or misused their referral link in some other fashion. We cannot manually add referrals to your account if this occurs.
